Sea Shepherd
Since 1977, the international conservation organisation Sea Shepherd has taken direct action against illegal fishing, poaching and the destruction of marine habitats - a cause the Bremen-based importer Kirsch Import has joined through its own whisky partnership. The Sea Shepherd Islay Single Malt comes from the Scottish whisky island of Islay, renowned for its smoky, peaty malts, and deliberately combines enjoyment with impact: ten percent of the sale price of every bottle sold goes directly to Sea Shepherd's ocean conservation work.
