Ableforth's Rum

Four whisky-enthusiast friends from Kent founded the spirits label Ableforth's in 2011 - as a creative side project alongside their actual core business, the online retailer Master of Malt. What began as tiny batches of 30 to 60 bottles has grown into an internationally awarded range, whose best-known rum, Rumbullion!, matures in oak, cherry and chestnut wood casks and is refined with molasses and demerara sugar. Rumbullion! was crowned the world's best spiced rum at the World Drinks Awards in both 2020 and 2021 - a remarkable achievement for a label originally conceived simply as a playground for its founders' own ideas.

What makes Rumbullion! distinctive in flavour?
