Glenfiddich Grand Series
While Glenfiddich's regular range (12 to 18 years) focuses on tradition and approachability, the Grand Series, as the premium tier of the world's best-selling single malt brand, relies on exceptionally long maturation and rare, carefully selected cask types from around the world – from Caribbean rum to Champagne to cognac.
Glenfiddich itself was founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, who had learned the craft at neighbouring Mortlach. From the Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva to the 29-year-old Grand Yozakura, you will find the right bottle for every occasion in our selection.

What sets the Grand Series apart from the regular Glenfiddich range?
While Glenfiddich's core range relies on the distillery's characteristic, fruity apple-and-pear style, the Grand Series takes considerably greater liberties with cask selection. Each bottling receives a finish in an unusual cask – rum, wine, cognac, or even Japanese oak – bringing entirely new flavour dimensions to the classic Glenfiddich signature.
What makes each Grand Series bottling distinctive?
The 21-year-old Gran Reserva is further matured in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The 23-year-old Grand Cru is finished in French oak casks that previously held fine wines. The 26-year-old Grand Couronne matures in rare French cuvée casks from cognac production. The 29-year-old Grand Yozakura, finally, matures first in bourbon and new oak casks before a final finish in Japanese oak – named after the Japanese cherry blossom.
