What does "Dos Maderas" mean?
The Spanish name means "two woods" and describes the characteristic double maturation process: first American oak in the Caribbean, then used sherry casks in Jerez, Spain.

Williams & Humbert brings centuries of sherry expertise to the process - the different sherry cask types (Palo Cortado, Pedro Ximénez) give the Caribbean base rum an unusual, wine-like depth and complexity.
