- Nose: Lemon peel and allspice, creamy vanilla and golden syrup – then cocoa butter and black pepper follow; honeydew melon and baked apple
- Palate: Spicy at first with notes of candied oranges and orange marmalade – behind them pineapple and white chocolate; nutmeg, clove and cinnamon
- Finish: Medium length with soft notes of sweet spice

In diesem Whisky überwiegt für mich die Würze. Er zeigt Zitrusaromen, Vanille, einen Anklang von Kakao und eine leichte Süße. Im Abgang ist er deutlich süß und würzig. Der deutliche Geschmack nach Sauternes ist etwas für Liebhaber.
