- Nose: Lemon peel and allspice, creamy vanilla and golden syrup – then cocoa butter and black pepper follow; honeydew melon and baked apple

Das ist ein leckerer, einfacher Sauternes Whisky, den mal nebebei trinken kann.

Ist der erste Schluck noch leicht sprittig, so macht der mittellange Abgang doch Lust auf mehr und offenbart den Malt als herrlich cremig-fruchtig.
Das Finish mag nicht jedermanns Sache sein, es erinnert stark an die edelsüßen Sauternes Weißweine - mir aber gefällt es sehr gut und zu dem Preis allemal.

Der Tullibardine 225 Sauternes Finish ist ein richtig guter Whisky zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe ihn bereits ein zweites Mal bestellt und genieße ihn gerade.
