The distillery masters both column and pot stills, processing fresh sugarcane juice and molasses - but only between July and November, as if the rum only takes center stage when the stars align perfectly.

And like all Savanna rums, Le Must is free of additives and non-chill filtered – authentic, raw, and charming, just like the wild island itself. Le Must is aged in French oak cognac casks, where it slumbers in the tropical sun for up to nine years. A blend of traditional and Grand Arôme rum is brought to life here, with the care of a goldsmith and the patience of a monk.
