CANEROCK is produced at the storied Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, one of the historic hubs of rum production. Its foundation is a blend of 100% aged rums from the island. These are distilled in both column and pot stills and subsequently refined with high-quality, all-natural spices. In this way, CANEROCK combines traditional distilling craftsmanship with a unique interpretation of the spiced rum style.
Tasting Notes: This is how the Canerock tastes like
- Nose: Exceptionally rich and complex, with notes of freshly baked pastries, vanilla, and roasted coffee beans. Dark chocolate and coconut complement the aromatic bouquet, lending it an inviting depth.
- Palate: Initially sweet and full-bodied on the palate, featuring caramel and juicy raisins accompanied by a subtle spiciness. As it develops, spicy allspice and fine oak tannins emerge, adding further structure and character to CANEROCK.
Finish: Intense, balancing sweetness and spice. Notes of poppy seed cake, dark cherries, and plums meet coconut. Fresh accents of mint and ginger, along with a hint of clove, create a lively, spicy finish.

Kokos und dunkle Schokolade spielen in diesem Canerock die geschmacklichen Hauptrollen.
Im Abgang kommt Ingwer Schärfe dazu.
Diese Kombi ist genial.
Für mich z.Z. eines der besten Rumsorten in diesem Preissegment.
