Dieser in Jamaika auf dem Clarendon Estate im Jahr 2011 im Pot Still destillierte Rum lagerte acht Jahre in ausgewählten Eichenfässern vor Ort im tropischen Klima bis zu seiner Überführung zu Bristol Spirits in England im Jahr 2019. Dafür wurden nur wenige Fässer ausgewählt, die in den Gewölbekellern von Bristol Spirits im kontinentalen Klima weiterreiften, bis zur Abfüllung in limitierter Auflage im Jahr 2022. Bristol Clarendon Estate Jamaica 2011/2022 Rum zeigt sich in einem schönen, mittelgoldenen warmen Farbton. In der Nase herrlich fruchtig, mit dominierenden Noten von Holz. Am Gaumen offenbart sich dieser köstliche Rum ähnlich, übergehend in einen angenehm langen Abgang, wobei die Anklänge von fruchtigen Noten sich dabei dominanter hervorheben. Am besten zu genießen „on the rocks“ oder in Ihrem Lieblingscocktail!
