Der Bristol Enmore Guyana 30YO 1988/2018 Sherry Finish wurde im Jahr 1988 in Guyana in einem alten Brennkessel aus Holz der Enmore Distillery gebrannt. 20 lange Jahre reifte er im Ex-Bourbonfass bei den Demerara Distillers heran, anschließend reifte er im spanischen Sherryfass für weitere 10 Jahre und erhielt dort sein außergewöhnliches Finish. Im Jahr 2018 wurde der hervorragende Rum vom unabhängigen Abfüller Bristol abgefüllt. Durch seine lange Reifung hat er eine schöne dunkle Farbe und verführt bereits an der Nase mit seinen komplexen Aromen. Er duftet wunderbar nach Gewürzen und Lakritz. Herrliche Töne von Wachs und Holz verwöhnen die Sinne. Am Gaumen sind köstliche Noten von Gewürzen aus der asiatischen Küche zu vernehmen, aber auch Noten von getrockneten Früchten, Karamell und Nougat.
