The Speyburn distillery ripened this Single Malt Whisky in Spanish and American Oak Casks.
Nose: Aromas of dark chocolate, with spicy hints, paired with sweet raisins, citrus fruits and vanilla
Taste: fruity notes of ripe oranges, with soft toffee and vanilla again - followed by leather and gentle spicy notes
Finish: a long finish with warm, spicy notes - sweet and creamy

Bislang mein bester Speyburn aus der Standard-Range der Brennerei. Ich warte auf den 18 jährigen.

Der 15-jährige kann alles besser als der 10-jährige. Er ist harmonisch, fruchtig, süß, rauchfrei. Der Alkohol ist angenehm eingebunden und brennt nicht so stark wie beim 10-jährigen. Alles in allem eine runde Sache.

Endlich mal ne gelungene abfüllung von Speyburn, die das potetal der Destillery auch ausschöpf... Fruchti sffiger Speysider ind schöner Präsentation zum Fairen Preis
