Profile: What Makes Finlaggan Eilean Mor Special
The island on the island: Eilean Mor is the name of the largest of the three islands in Loch Finlaggan on Islay. The loch was the historic seat of the Lords of the Isles, the medieval rulers of the Hebrides. The whisky bears this name with pride – as a powerful single malt from the Scottish whisky island of Islay.
Finlaggan Eilean Mor was introduced in 2015 as an addition to the Finlaggan range by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company. The distillery it comes from remains unnamed; in flavour it shows the classic Islay character: powerful, spicy peat smoke, medicinal tones and a fine sweetness in the background.

Einer meiner Favoriten
Mir schmeckt der Finleggan Old Reserve definitiv am besten, aber auch dieser hat ein sehr schönes Islay Aroma. Rauchig angenehm und langes Aroma.
