Nose: treacle, sultanas, fruit cakes with cinnamon glaze, a touch of dark chocolate with summer berries
Taste: at the beginning sweet pineapple from the can, then orange peel and spicy notes of cardmaom and coriander
Finish: intense tones dried apricots, plus a hint of toasted hazelnut
