The racehorse pictured on the label is the famous namesake of the whiskey, once owned by the Watt family. This single malt is first matured in classic former bourbon casks, then finished for around six months in former Madeira casks. Jim Murray rates this whiskey 95 out of 100 points in his Whisky Bible.
