Die Port Morant Distillery wurde im Jahre 1732 direkt neben dem Demerara Fluss errichtet und unter Anwendung der größten Stills (Brennblasen) in Guyana, produzierte man voll aromatisierte Pot Still Rums mit hohem Ester-Anteil. Dieser Rum reifte zunächst in amerikanischen Eichenfässern bis 2005 und anschließend in ausgesuchten Sherry-Holzfässern. Der 25YO Port Morant Sherry Finish bietet dem Gaumen satte Früchte und Anis; zusätzlich ein Hauch von Süße zusammen mit einem langen Abgang.
