Bimber, known for its meticulous craftsmanship in the heart of London, is bringing out the big guns here: Peated Single Malt, cask strength at 58% ABV, matured in a classic bourbon cask – and all in a strictly limited edition of only 258 bottles. Anyone too slow will be left stranded on the hard shoulder.
