The bottling Nectarosity from Compass Box has been pampering with almost a sticky, but definitely tasty and fruity sweetness since autumn 2024 . Partially custom-made bourbon and sherry casks, filled with single malt and grain whisky from Linkwood and Cameronbridge, create an experience where whisky meets patisserie. Honey and juicy apricot are replaced by vanilla and caramel sauce, which lead to a lingering taste of cinnamon rolls.

Tasting notes: This is how the Nectarosity tastes like

• Nose: spicy aromas paired with sweet honey and poached pears, followed by ripe nectarines and lychee
• Palate: mouth-filling, soft and juicy with intense notes of juicy apricots and pineapple, then soft toffee with vanilla and a good portion of buttscotch sauce
• Finish: long in the sweet finish - now spicy hints and clear notes of fresh cinnamon rolls
