This rum is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice in Mauritius.
Before it for 12 months in small Casks made of rare Cherry wood matures, this rum matures in the best Casks from American white oak.
Nose: oriental spices, sweet O wrestling and honey
Taste: full-bodied with subtle woody notes, soft and pleasantly sweet with notes of dark wood, candied cherries, old port wine and classic spices
Finish: long-lasting, extremely intense, slightly oily and warming
