Arcane Cane Crush is a white rum from the island of Mauritius, made from fresh sugar cane juice. It is an ingredient for the widest range of rum drinks, but also has the potential of a sipping rum. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
The rum is double distilled: first in Mauritius in traditional pot stills so that the juice is processed fresh, then in Cognac in small alembic stills.
