Tamdhu 15 Year Old matures for 15 years in former oloroso sherry casks. It offers an intense burst of summer fruit, rich spice and a rewardingly long finish – a showcase of Tamdhu’s sherry cask maturation.
On the palate it melts like nutty, warm butter, extremely rich in almonds, dark chocolate, butter toffee and dried cherries.

- Nose: Fresh apple pie, blackcurrants and orange zest – then ripe pineapple and fennel seed; spiced currants, over time choux pastry, nuts and cream with a praline creaminess
- Palate: Juicy apricots and ripe raspberries, behind them fresh lemon tart and roasted almonds; bitter almonds
- Finish: Long with notes of sponge cake, creamy sherry tones and vanilla; caramel, cocoa and cinnamon, balanced by raisins and a hint of fig
