Aroma: lots of honey and freshly ground cinnamon - with fruity aromas of pickled peaches and soft toffee fudge
Taste: elegantly round and balanced with fruity notes - again the peaches, with oranges and dates - above all slight hints of herbs, spices and ripe barley
Finish: a fruity sweetness with strong notes of dark chocolate, with some ginger
