Details

A single malt whisky from the Scottish whisky island Islay, matured in former sherry casks - unfortunately the name of the distillery can not be named for legal reasons.

Nose: intense peat smoke, with aromas of ripe dark fruits - then old waxed leather and some tobacco
Taste: a lot of fruit, especially dried plums, dates and oranges, with lots of peat! - smoke develops behind it and you can taste its proximity to the sea - notes of iodine and some tar
Finish: long, warm finish - fruity and smoky

Auch hier wie beim Port Finish ein Spitzen Whisky. starker Rauch mit einem wunderbar eleganten Sherryaroma. dazu fruchtig. beeindruckend der Abgang. Preis ist auch unschlagbar. empfehlenswert!
