Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

Profile: What Makes Finlaggan Cask Strength Special
Finlaggan is the name of the castle on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay that once served as the seat of the Lord of the Isles. Finlaggan is a single malt whisky from one of the renowned distilleries on the island of Islay; unfortunately, The Vintage Malt Whisky Company cannot name it for legal reasons. A true, peaty Islay single malt whisky, with plenty of peat and smoke on the nose and palate, joined by medicinal and phenolic notes, damp leather and a hint of liquorice. In short, everything you would expect from an Islay whisky.

zu jung
ich erwartete, wie es für einen Islay Whisky typisch ist, einen ordentlichen Torf, Holz und Rauchgeschmack. Speziell bei diesem Whisky gepaart mit ordentlicher Fassstärke.
Für den recht hohen Alkoholgehalt ist er jedoch überraschend weich. Die Torf und Raucharomen fehlen aber nahezu gänzlich. Er ist allerdings viel zu jung, und damit entsprechend das Geld nicht wert. Ein Laphroaig Quarter Cask liegt in der gleichen Preisklasse und spielt dabei in einer ganz anderen Liga.

- ein komplett neuer Geschmack, der durch den hohen Alkoholgehalt besonders betont wird

Der Preis ist für diese Qualität fast zu hoch. Junger und unreifer Whisky. Unverdünnt nicht wirklich trinkbar. Starker Terpentin Geschmack. War sicherlich auch meine letzte Flasche.
