Profile: What Makes Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish Special
Taiwan’s single malt whisky, finished in port casks. For the finish, casks of ruby port, tawny port and vintage port from Portugal are used; before that the whisky matured in American oak. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
In the glass it shows a brownish gold with a tinge of deep red.

- Nose: Tropical fruit with honey, vanilla, coconut and caramel; plus sweet red wine, port, chocolate and raspberry
