A superbly balanced single malt whiskey with very nice notes of barley, pears and creamy chocolate - and a long, pleasant finish.

Aroma: soft vanilla, chocolate and cocoa - then spicy aromas and charcoal
Taste: Pear and spices in elegant balance - again the creamy chocolate, with some maple syrup
Finish: creamy spicy finish with lots of vanilla and cinnamon
