The classic from Bowmore - for the 12 year old Bowmore, exBourbon and exSherry Casks are selected and blended together in a ratio of 70% exBourbon and 30% exSherry.
The result is a delicate Single Malt Whisky with soft notes of honey, citrus fruits and sweet peat smoke.

- Nose: subtle notes of lime and honey, plus a slight smoky note peat note
- Palate: sweet and delicate, again heather honey and gentle peat smoke

BOWMORE ist immer eine Empfehlung für den Genießer von etwas kräftigeren Whiskys.
Die Rauchnote ist sehr angenehm ohne die anderen Geschmäcker zu übertönen.
Diese Flasche kann ich ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Typische Islay-Aromen (Torfrauch, Phenole, Heftpflaster), auch im Mund. Unaufdringlich, sanft, weich. Citrus und Rosinen, ausgeglichen.
