Auch diese Abfüllung wurde im originalen französischen 4-Column Savalle Metall-Still im Jahr 2006 schonend destilliert. Dieser einzigartige Still ist ein Erbstück des Uitvlugt Sugar Estate aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und gab der Serie ihren Namen. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im Jahr 2021 in voller Fassstärke. Zuvor reifte der Rum zunächst sieben Jahre in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern aus amerikanischer Eiche, bevor er zur weiteren Veredelung im sogenannten Double-Ageing-Verfahren weitere acht Jahre in französischen Eichenfässern lagerte, in denen zuvor süße weiße Sauternes-Weine reiften. Diese Fässer stammen aus einem einzigen Weingut der Bordeaux-Region und verleihen dem Rum ein besonders tiefes, elegantes und komplexes aromatisches Geschmacksprofil mit ausgeprägter Struktur und Finesse.
