Die Wahl fiel auf einen einzigartigen goldfarbenen Rum, hergestellt von einer Destillerie mit einer langen und komplexen Geschichte. Feinste Melasse, gewonnen aus lokal angebautem Zuckerrohr ist die Basis für diesen köstlichen Rum, den man im Column Still-Verfahren im Jahr 2010 destillierte. Es folgte eine Reifezeit vor Ort in Eichenfässern, bis im Jahr 2017 der Rum seine Reise nach England zu Bristol Spirits antrat. Dort angekommen lagerte er weitere fünf Jahre in den Kellergewölben von Bristol Spirits bis zu seiner limitierten Abfüllung im Jahr 2022. An Nase und Gaumen offenbart sich eine duftende Geschmacksmanifestation mit üppigen Aromen von Früchten und Holz, die dem Genießer einen langen und sehr angenehmen Abgang bescheren.
