- Nose: Soft aromas at the beginning, more mature Fruits, especially papaya and mango, behind them fresh shortbread and some vanilla - above all, spicy oak and dried herbs
- Palate: mouthful Lingering and soft with clear notes of red apples and green pears, plus bananas and spicy heather honey - followed by butterscotch and caramel - above all a light smoky tone
