Formerly known as Founder's Reserve, The Harvest is a unique marriage of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey. To honour Ireland's farming community and its contribution to whiskey distilling, the distillery decided to rename its signature whiskey. The name may have changed, but the award-winning whiskey hasn't! A creation of heavenly proportions – 70% single malt and 30% single pot still. Triple distillation, maturation in former American oak bourbon barrels and a mash made entirely from Irish barley give the whiskey its distinctive character.
