Product information "Plantation Isle of Fiji"
The rum qualities for this Blended Rum come from the Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery and initially matured for two to three years in former Bourbon Casks (200l) in their country of origin - the Fiji Islands.
Then the rum was matured for another year in former Ferrand Cognac Casks in France.

Nose: intense beginning with aromas of molasses and pears - very fruity with apples, bananas, gooseberries and spicy aromas of nutmeg and vanilla - a hint of smoke in the background
Palate: rich and round, the flavor follows the nose with vanilla, honey, ginger and fruity notes of Plums and Coconut
