A special feature of the Togouchi brand is the storage in a 717 meter long, underground cellar in the small town of Akiota-Togouchi.

With an average temperature of 14°C and a humidity of 80%, it offers ideal conditions for ripening.
The location helps to be able to perfectly control environmental influences and thus preserve the unique aromatic profile of Togouchi whisky.

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish matures for three years in bourbon casks before a three-month finish in sake casks.

Fine notes of vanilla, green apple and malt on the nose, while oak and white fruits dominate on the palate.
