Tasting Notes: What Togouchi 9 Year Old Blended Whisky Tastes Like
- Nose: Pleasantly soft and fruity, apricot, peach and a touch of pear in the foreground, plus aromas of warm carrots, a little oak and toasted barley
- Palate: Distinct barley malt, white pepper, the carrots again – then turning sweeter with cream, almonds and marzipan
- Finish: Medium-length finish, spicy with oaky tones, the pepper and malt return once more
