The Pierre Guy distillery, located in the French town of Pontarlier, is already producing absinthe in the fourth generation.
This absinthe is made from the finest aniseed from Spanish Andalusia with the best vermouth from the region and with an alcohol content of 56%vol. bottled in a beautiful long-necked bottle with a very interesting label.
It is best to dilute in a ratio of 1: 3 with cold water and enjoy.
Nose: a delicate, greenish mist, slightly fruity aromas and more intense notes of alcohol
Taste: very well balanced on the palate, revealing strong aniseed notes, followed by pleasant fresh sweetness and very light bitter ones Tones that all linger in the long-lasting finish
