Douglas Laings special bottling for summer 2021!

Bottled with a natural cask strength of 53.8%vol. Alcohol, Big Peat's newest bottling is celebrating the rains on the Scottish whiskey island of Islay - after all, today's rain is tomorrow's whisky!
The word peatrichor (or petrichor) describes the earthy scent that arises during rainfall when the drops open patter dry ground.

Slide's label and the gift box show the Big Peat in a yellow raincoat while the sky opens the floodgates on his home island Islay.

Only a little more than 5,000 bottles of this special bottling are available worldwide.
Im In line with the Big Peat philosophy, the filling was made without coloring or cooling filtration.

A real blended malt whisky from the island with notes of peat smoke, moist earth and a leathery charm
