Glen Scotia's unpeated 10-year-old single malt is the new bottling from April 2021 from the renowned distillery in the Scottish town of Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula. Matured exclusively in first-fill former bourbon casks.
Tasting Notes: What Glen Scotia 10 Year Old Unpeated Tastes Like
- Nose: Fresh sea air and cut apple, plus aromas of lemon peel and toasted oak
- Palate: Soft, almost creamy with notes of melted brown sugar and orange marmalade – then ripe pineapple and creamy vanilla follow, spicy oak behind them again
- Finish: Long in the finish with gentle tones of ground ginger and a light cinnamon note
