Santa Cruz Caramel Licor combines Ron Santa Cruz Gold with soft caramel toffee – an idea that brings the aromas of the rum and the creamy sweetness of caramel together in one liqueur.
The Destilería Santa Cruz de Tenerife was founded in 2010 by Diego Rombolá and moved to larger premises in the Valle de Güímar industrial estate in Arafo in 2014. Ron Santa Cruz is made from molasses and column distilled. The range runs from the classic white Blanco, intended for cocktails, through the Dorado, which matures in ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky, to the premium Selección and the honey rum.
The Caramel Licor is a liqueur for anyone who likes it creamy and sweet: enjoyed chilled, over ice or as an ingredient in cocktails.
