- Nose: Light aromas of ripe citrus fruit, plus some vanilla and red jam; cinnamon and roasted almonds
- Palate: The citrus fruit again, then more distinct caramel and gently spicy notes – behind them ripe red berries and some malt; white pepper, peaches and cream and a hint of honeyed sweetness
- Finish: Long with lightly spicy hints, vanilla and herbs join in; dark muscovado sugar
