The "Double Oak" bottling combines two classic whiskey styles: single malt and single pot still, both made from 100% malted barley.
The whiskey is triple distilled, as is customary in Ireland, which gives it a special smoothness and purity. Two different Cask types were used for this bottling: ex American oak bourbon Casks from Kentucky and ex French oak cognac Casks, produced at the renowned Allary Cooperage. This combination brings structure and depth to the aging process.
