Tasting Notes: What El Dorado 21 Year Old Tastes Like
- Nose: Rich aromas of chocolate and toffee, plus ripe banana and English Christmas cake – then aromas of tobacco leaf and touches of wood smoke
- Palate: Distinctly fruity notes of dates, blackcurrant and raisins, then nutty tones – tobacco again in the background, plus a little dark chocolate
- Finish: Raisins and baked banana with cinnamon and honey in the long finish
