- Nose: pleasantly sweet aromas of butterscotch , vanilla and honey, with spicy oak and a hint of smoke in the background
- Palate: ripe plums and chocolate, with toffee and vanilla, again with spicy oak
- Finish: long and soft in the finish - now the smoke again
