This premium rum-based spirit from Brazil is distilled from 100% sugar cane in traditional copper pot stills and matured in former bourbon barrels, port and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Sweet and round with soft tannins. The sample makes it easy to get to know.

Tasting Notes: What Santos Dumont XO Tastes Like
- Nose: Ripe fruit, soft tannins and sweet honey
- Palate: Very soft and elegant – the tannins again, plus fermented fruit, mild honey, some vanilla and coconut; pineapple, caramel and dark chocolate
- Finish: Velvety-soft, long finish – fruit, vanilla and coconut linger for a long time; a hint of peach and roasted nuts
