An extraordinary rum from Spain.
Behind the Coloma brand is the Spanish Constantin family, who became famous in Colombia for producing coffee and especially coffee liqueur - and this coffee liqueur plays an important role in this rum.
After maturing in American oak barrels for fifteen years, the Coloma is given a six to eight-week finish in the former barrels of coffee liqueur, giving the rum its special coffee flavor.
Aroma: slightly sweet aromas of light chocolate and ripe vanilla pods, with roasted coffee and some spicy oak
Taste: soft in the taste with strong notes of fruit and nuts, plus the coffee again
Finish: long finish - the flavors are present for a long time
