The 15-year-old Opthimus matured in former port wine barrels - manufactured using the Solera process.

Aroma: clearly vanilla and toffee - over all roasted coffee
Taste: again the vanilla and the toffee, accompanied by notes of honey and soft caramel - again the coffee
Finish: long on the finish with a soft sweetness
