Gunroom's 2 Ports Rum plays elegantly with the word “ports” – referring to harbours, and with them different styles of rum. The 2 Ports Rum combines rum from Trinidad with rum from Jamaica. The colour the rum gained through cask maturation was removed again by elaborate carbon filtration. Jamaica contributes power and fermentation character, while Trinidad lends elegance and roundness – a fine balance of intensity and softness.
