Tasting Notes: What Teerenpeli Kaski Tastes Like
- Nose: The sherry cask is clearly recognisable – soft dried fruit, especially plums, raisins and figs, joined by soft toffee and nutty aromas – spicy oak and a little cinnamon in the background
- Palate: The sherry again, distinct, sweet notes of dried fruit – plums and figs, the nuts are back too, plus dark fine chocolate with green pepper and spicy oak
- Finish: Short in the finish, chocolate, sherry and oak in balance
