Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

Cardhu’s Gold Reserve is a fruity, pleasantly warming single malt whisky from Scotland’s Speyside. It is smooth and sweet, a rich, mellow whisky with warm notes of baked apple and toffee.
It is a light, smooth and very approachable single malt.
Tasting Notes: What Cardhu Gold Reserve Tastes Like
- Nose: Fruity – above all red apples and strawberries, some toffee and ginger; sweet honey with vanilla and roasted barley, orange and a hint of cinnamon
- Palate: Now warm pastry and some cinnamon, the apples return and the toffee too; biscuity malt and toasted oak, honeyed fruit and dark chocolate
- Finish: Warming with an elegant oak note – the toffee again; gentle oak, biscuits and a touch of milk chocolate
