For over 150 years, whiskey has been distilled at the Bains Kloof Pass on the Berg River in Wellington, South Africa.
Bain's Cape Mountain Whiskey is an elegant Single Grain whisky with a short maturation time due to its geographical location.

Nose: vanilla and fresh cream with brown cane sugar, with aromas of grapefruit and nutmeg
Taste: soft and round with an intense vanilla note, followed by bananas and pears - in the background spicy oak and cardamom
Finish: again the grapefruit, paired with herbs
