The flagship of the distillery Bruichladdich is a homage to the classic style of the Islay distillery founded in 1881.
Scottish barley, a particularly slow distillation and maturation in individually selected oak barrels in the warehouse right on the coast of Lochindaal make this one Single malt into a harmonious and very lively whisky.

Nose: a brilliant bouquet of sweet malt sugar with a hint of mint and the scent of freshly cut wild flowers Buttercups, daisies, myrtle, cowslip and cherry blossom - plus spray and carnation, then fruity aromas of citrus sweets, honey, mandarin and butter caramel

Palate: wonderfully balanced between oak and malt tones , perfectly combined of ripe fruits, brown sugar and sweet malt

Ich habe diesen super ausgewogenen und aromatischen Whisky in Schottland zum ersten Mal getrunken, sofort eine Flasche gekauft und mitgebracht.
Jetzt freue ich mich ihn hier in Deutschland bestellen zu können.
Leider steht nirgendwo wie alt er ist ... irgendwie ist das für mein "Feelgood" schon noch wichtig.
