Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

Profile: What Makes Penderyn Sherrywood Special
This Penderyn AC (Aur Cymru – Welsh gold) matured in selected ex-sherry casks. On St David's Day (1 March, St David being the patron saint of the Welsh) in 2004, the first whisky was presented to the public. This was the beginning. As the whisky ages, it becomes even richer in body and its complexity increases. Its optimal age is considerably lower than that of its Scottish relatives. The undesirable aromas in the distillate, which normally need many years of maturation to disappear, are simply not present in the first place, thanks to Penderyn's distillation method.
Tasting Notes: What Penderyn Sherrywood Tastes Like
- Nose: Dark fruit and plenty of toffee, plus green apples and hazelnuts
- Palate: A bold, fruity sweetness at first, becoming drier
- Finish: Sweet notes of toffee and sultanas – clearly the sherry, plus wintery spice

Auffällige und modern gestaltete Flasche, die schon mal neugierig auf den Inhalt macht.
Das Aroma wird bestimmt von Früchten und Nüssen. Geschmacklich ist anfangs die Süße, auch aus dem Alkoholgehalt, dominant, dann trocken und fruchtig. Die erwartete Sherrynote hat sich voll bestätigt.

Frisch schmeckender goldgelber Whisky. Sherry Finish sehr blass.
Gemessen am Preis ist man mit dem dem Madeira Finish besser bedient.
Etwas enttäuschend.
